Campsite Guidelines: Dont's

  • NO Motorized Vehicles (ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Golf Carts, etc.)(Unless Prior approved or a active Volunteer)
  • NO Drinking and Driving - Tailcreek is Zero Tolerance
  • NO Parking In Laneways – Vehicles Will Be Towed
  • NO Noise After 2am
  • NO Glass
  • NO Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
  • NO Fireworks
  • NO Stages, Lighting Systems, or Powered Speakers
  • NO Afterparties
  • NO Flyers, Posters or other Promotional Material
  • NO Campfires or Open flames(CSA approved Gas appliances will be Permitted)
  • NO Metal Tent Stakes
  • NO Fighting
  • NO Guns, Explosives or Ammunition
  • NO Pets or Animals(Dogs on Leashes are ok but we prefer you leave them at home for the saftety of the animal)  See Pet Policy in FAQ
  • NO Couches, Trampolines, Hot Tubs, or ANY Other Large Objects

  • YES Small Camp Stoves / BBQ’s (Propane Only)
  • YES Give right of way to Pedestrians
  • YES Tarps
  • YES Stand Up Pop-Tents
  • YES Give right of way to Pedestrians
  • YES Coolers
  • YES Small Generators
  • YES There Will Be Bathrooms and hand sanitizing Stations
  • YES Arrive Together to Camp Together
  • YES We Have Food & Drink Vendors
  • YES Bicycles
  • YES Please, Clean Up Your Campsite (Garbage bins and recycle bins are onsite)

Concert Area Guidelines: Dont's

  • NO Fighting (you will be ejected immediately)
  • NO Smoking in non-designated areas
  • NO Instruments
  • NO Sitting on Designated Dance Floor Areas
  • NO Knives / Weapons Etc.
  • NO Chains / Chain Wallets
  • NO Fireworks / Explosives
  • NO Outside Food & Beverages
  • NO Tents
  • NO Flyers, Posters or other Promotional Material
  • NO Video Cameras
  • NO Audio Recording Devices
  • NO Professional Cameras
  • NO Sharpies / Markers
  • NO Pets
  • NO Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia

Race Pits and Track Area Guidelines: Dont's

  • NO Speeding or stunting in Pits(10MPH maximum)
  • NO Dumping of Race/Used fluids(If you have a spill please let a staff member know)
  • NO Joyriding
  • NO Race Units to be moved after 10PM
  • NO Flyers, Posters or other Promotional Material
  • NO Open Flames(CSA approved Gas Appliances are Permitted)
  • NO Metal Tent Stakes
  • NO Fighting
  • NO Guns, Explosives or Ammunition
